Circumstances

Alan Thomas was last seen after attending a medical appointment in Somerset, Tasmania on 23 November 1995.  Mr Thomas was considered mentally and physically unable to care for himself.  He was reported missing to police in April 1997.  Police have been unable to establish what happened to Alan or his whereabouts.
