Anthony Goodyer was last seen near George Town in northern Tasmania on 4 February 2022. At the time, Anthony was walking on East Tamar Highway wearing dark coloured ¾ shorts, dark t-shirt, tan work boots and carrying a shoulder bag.There have been no sightings of Anthony since which is out of character.

Tasmania Police are searching for a man who vanished in Tasmania’s North yesterday afternoon.
Anthony Vere Goodyer was reported missing by concerned family and friends in George Town and was last seen leaving a home in Riverleads Drive around 5:30pm on Thursday.
Police are concerned for the 46-year-old’s welfare and believe that he doesn’t have access to a vehicle.
The local man is described as 172cm tall, slim with black hair and olive skin.
He was last seen wearing black track pants, a blue checked flannel top and tanned work boots.
Police would like anyone who has information in relation to the current whereabouts of Anthony to contact George Town Police on 6702 3900.

Tasmania Police are continuing their search for missing man Anthony Vere Goodyer in the north of Tasmania following a possible sighting on Friday afternoon.
The 46-year-old was reportedly spotted near the weighbridge on the corner of East Tamar Highway and Bridport Road around 3pm.
Any motorists in the area that may have seen him, or have dash cam footage are being urged to contact Tasmania Police on 131 444.
Police continue to be concerned for the welfare of Anthony Vere Goodyer, 46, of George Town and are renewing calls for information about his whereabouts.
Anthony was last seen in the afternoon on Friday 4 February 2022, walking south along the East Tamar Highway.
Police understand he had left a residence in River Leads Drive, George Town about 5:30pm the day before.
Anthony is 172cm tall with a slim build and olive skin. He has black hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing dark coloured ¾ shorts, a dark t-shirt, tanned work boots, and was carrying a shoulder bag.
Police do not believe that he has access to a vehicle.
Anthony’s family members and friends are concerned for his welfare.
