POLICE are calling for public assistance to help locate a 25-year-old man who has been missing from his Claremont home since yesterday afternoon.

David Merril Robinson was last sighted at the Claremont Golf Course around 11pm and police are concerned for his welfare due to his state of mind.

He is described as Caucasian, 183cm tall, off slim build, with short brown hair and blue eyes. It is not known what clothing he is wearing.

Anyone who may have seen Mr Robinson or knows where he can be located should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
