Deborah Dorn was last seen during an outing from Stockton Hospital, where she resided under care. Her group were enjoying a supervised picnic at The Pines Forest Picnic Ground in Watagan State Forest on 13 November, 1982 and Deborah was found to be missing during final roll-call. A large-scale search was unable to locate her. Deborah required ongoing care and has the mental capacity of a 5-year-old child and there are grave concerns for her welfare.
