Neil Conroy was 71 years old at the time of his disappearance. He went missing from his Union Grove home in Springvale, Victoria on 2 September 2022.

Neil went for a walk on his own and was last sighted on CCTV walking along Springvale Road in the Glen Waverley area, in the vicinity of Waverley Road.

Neil is believed to have been suffering the effects of dementia, appearing disorientated and confused prior to his disappearance.
