Patricia Pagett was 44 years of age at the time of her disappearance. On the 1st of November 1969, Patricia went missing from Sylvania, Sydney, NSW, under suspicious circumstances. She was intending to attend the Sylvania Hotel and had arranged for a relative to look after her daughter. Patricia had been assisting police with an investigation at the time she went missing. Over the next few days, Patricia sent telegrams to police, stating she was in Melbourne. This was the last contact anybody had with Patricia.
