Coffs police need help with missing persons cold case

Coffs Harbour detectives have appealed for public assistance to help solve a missing persons cold case.

IT has now been almost six years since Scott Andrew Brown was last seen in Coffs Harbour. 

The 40-year-old's disappearance remains an unsolved missing persons case. 

To mark the 25th anniversary of National Missing Persons Week, Coffs Harbour police have renewed their call for information on his whereabouts, links to his disappearance or even possible sightings.

Scott Brown was last seen in Coffs Harbour on December 10, 2007. 

He has been declared missing since January, 2008 and is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 170cm tall, slim build, with brown hair and grey eyes. 

His disappearance has been investigated by Coffs Harbour detectives. 

Police said information would greatly assist his family and can be reported to Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000.
