Circumstances: 04 August 1998 Marjorie FRASER contacted AFP Missing Persons Unit regarding her son who had been reported missing in the early 1960's (possibly 1963). His disappearance was reported to the then ACT Police in Canberra. Stuart John FRASER was married with 2 young children and a wife who was pregnant at the time. He and wife had been shopping, and after collecting the children from their grandmother's house returned home. Soon after he left the house to go out, and has never returned.
