Yanick Belanger was 22 years of age at the time of his disappearance. Yanick originates from Canada and was travelling through Australia. While in Sydney he was residing in Parramatta. On the 31st of May 1999, Yanick left his home to catch the train to the Blue Mountains NSW. Yanick had told friends he was leaving to see a waterfall. Yanick did not return home and has not been in contact with friends or family since.
